Pliant Technology, a developer of enterprise flash drives used in high-capacity data storage devices, has raised $27.3 million in equity, according to a filing with the SEC. Based in Milpitas, Calif., the company is backed by Arcturus Capital, Divergent Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures.
