The SmartFish Pro: Motion Game Controller, also created and designed with the help of the Hospital for Special Surgery is the first intelligent and healthy “injury avoidance” ergonomic controller that eliminates the risk of RSI and carpel tunnel syndrome.  As you play, the controller is tracking your movements and will reposition your hands and wrists automatically so that there is no fatigue while you button mash your way through a game.

The handles of the controller move inward or outward to give you the greatest comfort while playing. Currently there is no word if this will be compatible with X-Box 360 or PS3 but it does work with both Mac and PC.
